Terms and Conditions (Registered Student)
Berry Online Tuition Class reserves the rights to update/ revise these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. And, we reserves the absolute right to impose payment of deposit from customer or exclude or reduce those charges if deem necessary.
Below are the terms & conditions :
1. Please pay the tuition fee for next month before the 28th this month to ensure smooth account processing.
2. We will be off on Public Holidays and Berry Online Holiday. There is no replacement class when we off on Public Holiday and Berry Online
Holiday. Please refer to Berry Calendar of current year.
3. Paid fees are NOT refundable and NOT transferable.
4. Fees are allowed to be pro-rated only for new student registration.
5. If there is a fifth week in a month, we will still conduct the class as usual except there is Public Holiday and Berry Online Holiday.
6. For school holiday, we will still conduct the class as usual except there is Public Holiday and Berry Online Holiday.
7. In the event of any termination of tuition class, parents/students are requested to give 1 month's notice in writing. Failing to do so, any payments made will NOT be refunded.
