BERRY ONLINE TUITION CLASS
Terms and Conditions (Registered Student)
1. To ensure smooth operation and provide quality education services to our students, please pay the full tuition fee for the next month by the 28th of each month.
2. Paid tuition fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Extra payments carried forward.
3. Classes as usual during fifth week and school holidays, except PUBLIC HOLIDAY and BERRY ONLINE HOLIDAY. No replacements for PUBLIC HOLIDAY and BERRY ONLINE HOLIDAY. Refer to Berry Calendar.
4. Fees prorated for new student only.
5. If teacher unavailable, we'll find a replacement teacher or reschedule class and notify you.
6. To TERMINATE tuition class, please inform us at least 4 weeks (28 days) in advance. Failure to do so will result in an additional one month's tuition fee being added to the final bill.
7. Change subjects by 15th for 1st of next month effect. Changes requested after 15th take effect on 1st of second following month, with updated tuition fees.
