Terms and Conditions (Registered Student)
1. Please pay full tuition fees by the 1st of each month so your classes can continue smoothly.
2. For each new subject enrolled, students may apply for a refund within 14 days from the date of the student’s first lesson. (effective 1st December 2025)
3. Classes as usual during fifth week and school holidays, except Public holidays and Berry Online Holidays. No replacements for Public holidays and Berry Online Holidays. Refer to Berry Calendar.
4. Tuition fee prorated for new student for first month only.
5. If teacher unavailable, we'll find a replacement teacher or reschedule class and notify you.
6. To terminate or drop all subjects, please settle any overdue balance or unpaid lessons before proceeding.
7. For group classes, add/drop/change of subjects or slots takes 3 working days; more than one change per month incurs an RM10 admin fee per change.
