Terms and Conditions (Registered Student)
1. Please pay full tuition fees by the 1st of each month so your classes can continue smoothly. 2. For each new subject enrolled, students may apply for a refund within 14 days from the date of the student’s first lesson. For more details : https://www.berrygoodtuitioncentre.com/return-refund-policy 3. Classes as usual during fifth week and school holidays, except Public holidays and Berry Online Holidays. No replacements for Public holidays and Berry Online Holidays. Refer to Berry Calendar. 4. Tuition fee prorated for new student for first month only. 5. If teacher unavailable, we'll find a replacement teacher or reschedule class and notify you. 6. To terminate or drop all subjects, please settle any overdue balance or unpaid lessons before proceeding. 7. Payment must be received by the 7th of each month. If payment is not received by the deadline, the student’s account will be temporarily frozen and access to classes will be unavailable until the payment is completed.
