Return & Refund​

If the content you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first class attendance.

Please note that this refund policy does not apply to existing classes joined before 1st December.

Berry Online Tuition reserves the right to issue refunds either as refund credits or as a refund to your original payment method, depending on the capabilities of our payment partners and other relevant factors.

Refunds will not be provided if the request is made after the 14-day period has passed.

Berry Online Tuition also reserves the right to grant refunds beyond the 14-day period in cases of suspected or confirmed account fraud.

How to Request a Refund ?

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team at 019-9806245 within 14 days from the date of the student’s first lesson.

  • If your refund request is approved, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Abuse of Refund Policy

If we determine that a student or parent is misusing the refund policy, for example:

  • Requesting a refund after attending multiple lessons or after the 14-day period has passed,

  • Repeatedly requesting refunds for different subjects within a short period of 14 days, or

  • Enrolling in new subjects with the intention to withdraw shortly after,

Berry Online Tuition reserves the right to:

  • Refuse to issue a refund, regardless of whether the request falls within the 14-day period,

  • Reject future refund requests,

  • Restrict refund eligibility for future enrollments

Berry Online Tuition reserves the right to take necessary actions against any misuse of the refund policy, including suspension or termination of class access, and/or account restrictions if deemed appropriate.
